The first recording of "Ache" dates back to 2014. It was meant to be released on a compilation in 2015 but that never happened (not least because I was dissatisfied with the song's mix). Over the years I tried many things (completely changed the beat; tried different synths; several vocal takes...) but it never turned out right. I was completely lost with this song...but determined to complete it some day.
It took some time.

Here it is.

This final version features the original 2014 arrangement and the original vocal take in a mix I am pleased with, disregarding all changes and experiments that this song had to endure over the years.
I am very happy to complete this open task.

"Scrap" is a rhythmic soundscape (recorded in 2019) for those who enjoy to chill out in a steel mill.
